It is a very healthy and delicious recipe. Here I use wheat flour but instead of wheat flour you can use all purpose flour.

It is a very healthy and delicious recipe. Here I use wheat flour but instead of wheat flour you can use all purpose flour.
Steps

Peel and slice the bananas.

Mash the sliced bananas with a fork.

Add sugar.

Add whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix.

Add curd and mix.
- 6
Add oil, vanilla essence and mix.

Lastly add chopped cashew nuts, chopped almonds, roasted peanuts and mix.

Add the cake mixture to the muffin moulds and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 160℃.

After 20-25 minutes take out from the oven and check with a toothpick. if it comes out clean then your cake is done. Otherwise bake it for another 5 minutes.

Allow to cool completely serve with chocolate syrup.
