Heat pan and melt butter. Add gram flour and sauté well.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and water and mix well. sauté until the rawness of flour and spices is gone. rest it aside.

Melt butter in a pan and add onion. sauté well and add green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Mix well.

Add sliced tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mix everything well and add little water.

Cook everything well together and then add green peas.

Mash everything with laddle until it gets a pasty texture.

Add gramflour paste and dry fenugreek leaves and mix well.

Add grated paneer, combine well and add finally chopped coriander.

Add grated cheese, lemon juice, sugar and fresh cream. Mix well.
