Soak Split Chick Peas in water overnight. Next day blend it in mixer blender along with chilli.

Now add salt, turmeric powder and sugar in it. Now whisk the batter.

Boil oil in pan and fry small balls in it obtain from the Dal. Fry them in high flame, as they turn red, lower the flame and fry it till it becomes golden brown.

Serve it hot.
