Heat a kadhai add 2 tblsp oil and add whole garam masalas

Add onion,tomatoes,cashews,gingerpaste and cook everything together till soft and mushy when done cool grind to paste

Heat a kadhai again add oil 2 tblsp rhen add jeera and kashmiri red chilli powder and stir well then add the masal paste

Cook for 2 mins then add the dry masalas mix well cover and cook for 10 mins on low flame

After 10 mins open the lid and add curd and paneer and peas and cook for some time
- 6
Finally add kasoori methi abd mix well and chopped corriender and cook for more 2 mins and when the oil oozes out serve hot with parathaas or naan or chapatis or puris
