  • 250 gmargarine
  • 200 gsugar
  • 4eggs
  • 230 gself rising flour
  • Sultanas, raisins, cherries
  • Juice of an orange

    Cream sugar and margarine until fluffy and pale

  2. 2

    Add one egg at a time

  3. 3

    Sift flour and add alternating with orange juice

  4. 4

    Add dried fruits

  5. 5

    Bake the cake, oven temperature depends on your oven.
