Corn and potato cake is a savoury cake made for evening snack or can also b served as a proper meal. Made with all the goodness of corn, almonds, eggs and flax seeds and of course lots of cheese to give an extra flavour which almost everyone likes. It's a super hit recipe with kids...i'm lovin it🤗

In a large bowl add maida, salt pepper and baking powder. Mix well.

Add 3 beaten eggs to it. Mix well. Then add milk and give it a nice mix with the whisk. Then add the oil and mix.

Add the potato, corn and cheese and coriander and almonds. Mix all together.

Grease a baking dish. Line with butter paper... grease the paper as well. Pour in the cake batter. Top with some flax seeds.

Bake at 180°c for 30 mins in a preheated oven. After it is baked cool it completely. Then cut into slices and serve.
