Using up leftovers 😊 had a Chinese pork steak and some cooked rice so I improvised to make this tasty dish! Ingredients can be taken away and added as you please. #summerchallenge2

Using up leftovers 😊 had a Chinese pork steak and some cooked rice so I improvised to make this tasty dish! Ingredients can be taken away and added as you please. #summerchallenge2

Dry roast cashews on a high heat and set aside. Pan fry pork steak until cooked through.

Heat sesame oil in a large pan then add onion, bacon, garlic, ham and mushrooms and cook until soft.

Add soy sauce, pork steak, cashews and pineapple and cooked rice. Cook for 5-6 mins on high heat. Meanwhile fry an egg in a separate pan.

Serve rice with fried egg on top and garnish with chives
