In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Add half of the milk and the eggs one at a time, stirring constantly.

Add the remaining milk and the melted butter (you can also add some orange zest for extra flavor).

Let the batter rest for about 1 hour, then strain it through a sieve to remove any lumps.

Cook the crêpes in a nonstick skillet.

Fill the crêpes with chocolate spread, sliced banana, and crumbled chocolate wafer cookies.
