Ingredients

  • 2 bowlpoha
  • 2tomato chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1potato chopped
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • As neededbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat the oil.add mustard seed,potato,tomato,onion, and soute it.

  2. 2

    Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and mix it.

  3. 3

    Now wash the poha and add it and mix it and cook it for one mins.

  4. 4

    Serve it.
