Steps

First cut the broccoli in little large florets.

Wash them and keep them aside.

Heat up oil in a pan.add these florets and fry them for 5 mins.

Now take them out in a plate.

In the same pan add cumin seeds and chopped onions and fry them..

Then add tomato puree including some masala like haldi powder,red chilli powder,garam masala,coriander powder and salt as per taste..mix well.

Cook for 5 mins untill masala leaves oil from the sides.

Then add peas(matar)and fried broccoli florets in that..mix well with all ingredients..

Cover it and cook for 5 mins.

Then add half cup water to cook properly by covering a lid.

Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot..
