Steps

Firstly, peel the banana and potato. Cut the bananas in slices, potatoes in cubes. Kerp in pressure cooker for 3-4 whistle. Switch off the flame. Keep for cooling.

Now heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil. Add bay leaf, red chilli, panch phoron, cardamom, clove, cinnamom stick and saute for few seconds. Now add the onion paste, ginger garlic paste amd saute for 1 minute. Add turmeric powder, salt, jeera powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, tomato ketchup and saute for 1-2 mnutes. If require add 2 tsp water. Now add the cashew paste. Saute for few seconds, add water. Now add the koftas and ensure flame should be low.

Now finely chop 1 onion and 2 chillies and keep aside. Make smooth paste of 1 onion and 1 green chilli and keep aside.

Now take out the boiled banana slices and potato, smash together. Add corn flower, maida, chopped onion, green chilli, salt and 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder. Mix well. Take a small portion and deep fry in oil. Continue for the remaining mixture. Keep aside.

Now keep on low flame for hardly 1 minute, else koftas will be broken. Now switch off thr flame, add ghee. Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with chopped fresh green coriander leaves.
