Ingredients

  1. 3 bunchessukumawiki cleaned and cut into small pieces
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 3medium sized tomatoes chopped
  4. 1large onion chopped
  5. 3table spoons Cooking oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat your oil on a sufuria and fry the onions on medium heat for about 2 minutes

    Add in the tomatoes and let them cook for about three minutes and stir to form a paste

    Add the sukuma wiki little by little while stirring. Cover and leave it to cook for about ten minutes while stirring frequently

    Add salt at this point and stir once again for about 5 minutes then your sukuma wiki is ready. Serve with ugali.
