Leopard Shiffon Cupcakes

Put eggs in a bowl mixed with shugar and milk.

Add oil, vanilla extract and cake flour mix well till there is no lumbs in it.

Beat egg white with shugar. Beat it till glossy soft peaks formed.

Fold egg whites in egg yolks mixture. Fold by putting small amount at once. Fold gently.

Take 2 bowls. Put 3 tbl spoon in each bowl. Mixed with coco powder in one and colour in other bowl. Put both in piping bags.

Spread a single laye of Shiffon cake better in liner then make 2 circle of dark better then same circles on the dark circles of light better.

Repeat the circles 4 times. Then fill the top with plain better.

Make leopard print on top on the cupcakes with light brown and dark better.

Bake it at 180° for 20 to 25 min or till done. Dont over bake. Enjoy as it is or top with whip cream or any icing.
