Reserve about 2tbsp of chopped mango for garnishing

Blend the mango with lime juice and sugar.

In a bowl add whipping cream, vanilla, lemon zest. Beat on medium heat until peak forms.

To assemble, divide half the mango puree on each cup then top with whipped cream and garnish with chopped mango.

Serve chilled.
