Heat oil and temper cumin seeds bay leaf and fry the dumplings.

Add cumin seeds and bay leaf.

Now add the vegetables and saute until it is soft.

Add salt, turmeric powder,ginger and cumin coriander powder.

Saute for few minutes and add water.

Boil till it gets soft and mix sugar.
