Wash all the vegetables peel your carrots and grate them chop green pepper, onions, spring onions into cubes

Samosa sauce
add oil in a pan and pre-heatadd onions, ginger/garlic
paste, scotch bonnet and stir also add onions and mix togetheradd minced meat to the previous ingredients and mix very well add white pepper, then add few drops of stock water to soften the beef and mix. then after a minute add seasoning cubes, curry, thyme, salt and cayenne pepper.

FLOUR/SALT
Sift 2 and half cups of flour
and add salt to the dry ingredientAdd 3 cups of water and beat/mix let it be sticky but thick
Put your non stick pan on fire to heat for 20 secs dip your brush in the batter and paint the pan round
SAMOSA
Flap the dough into two eqauls cut the middle of it by making a triangle shape.Use your left hand to cover the right dough and use batter to stick them up together to make a cone.
Use a table spoon to fill in the dough with the beef sauce

Then stick the bottom with batter and cover it up. Fry in a hot pan of oil until golden brown then sieve and serve
