Steps

Wash & soak the urad dal over night.

Next day put it in the pressure cooker with 4 cups of water & after a whistle,slow down the flame & cook for 20 minutes.switch off the flame.let it cool down.

Open the lid & add ginger - garlic paste & grinded tomato puree & all the ingredients.

Now without lid,cook on the low flame for 1 hour,Add 1 glass of water also.

Keep stirring,also mash some of the dal.If need we can add more water.

When it is properly cooked,garnish with cream & coriander leaves
