  1. 1 cupdiced mango (not too ripe)
  2. 1/2red onion, chopped
  3. 1/2 cupseedless Roma tomatoes
  4. 3-4fresh jalapeño peppers, chopped and seeded (to reduce spiciness)
  5. Juice of 1 lime
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. Chopped cilantro

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the onion, mango, and cilantro. Remove the seeds from the chilies to reduce spiciness. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and chop the cilantro.
