Soak the chana dal in water for 2 hours after 2 hours wash the chana dal and drain the water and add the dal in a mixer grinder

Now add green chilli and garlic and let grind we need rough mixture like this.Now take out in a bowl

Now add chopped onions and Chopped green chilli now add all masala like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt

Now mix it very well. Now heat oils for deep fry

Take a small amount of mixture and make a shape and put it in a hot oil continue the same process and flip the bhajiya and fry in medium flame

Flip the bhajiya and fry and fry till golden brown now take out from oil

Now chana dal bhajiya is ready to serve
