Ingredients

  • 1 bunchSpinach
  • Fish 1/2 kg(or complete 1)
  • 2-3Tomato
  • 1Onion
  • to tasteSalt
  • Red chilli 2 tb spoon
  • Coriender powder 2 tb spoon
  • Haldi 2 t spoon
  • White zeera 1 tb spoon
  • 1Lemon
  • Yougut just 2 tb spoon
  • Oil for cooking
  • Rice flour for rooti

Steps

  1. 1

    For Fish. Take salt red chilli 1 tb spoon Coriender powder 1 spoon. Haldi 1 t sppon n white zeera. Mix them properly n apply on fish n mareinate for 5 to 10 mints

  2. 2

    Till them take a onion n cut in small pieces n start cooking n then wash palak preopely n cut n then start cooking. Add remaon spinces in it n tomatoe as well.and let it cook.

  3. 3

    Take oil in fry pan n half fry fish in pan in low flame.

  4. 4

    When palak become soft n almost ready then take fish peces on palak pot n cook for 15 to 20 mints on low flame with cover.

  5. 5

    After them serve in tray n squeeze lemon with rice flour roti WITH salad
