In a dutch oven oilve oil, then add veg, then add peanut butter, then milk, the kung Po sauce, a little water, and sliced anchovies, a little siracha chilli sauce, do not drown it, it should slightly flow, stir till combined

Put lid on dutch oven, and cook at 200c for 45 minutes, stir 15 minutes in.

Cook noodles seperate, add a little sechezhaun sauce if you like it.

Serve with soy sauce, curry over noodles
