Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 gchicken gizzards
  • 2 tspcurry
  • 2 tsplamb rub
  • 4 tspsea salt
  • 2 tspcoconut oil
  • 4kebab sticks
  • 2 tsplemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the gizzards using the Japanese style of cutting the big chucks into equal pieces and attach to the kebab stick.. the smaller pieces will pan fried off the kebabs

    Season with 4tsp of salt, 2 tsp of curry and lamb rub, allow to rest for 5 minutes then thereafter add 2tsp of coconut oil allow to fry or cook

    Allow to fry until a rich golden brown colour is achieved and turn to the other side

    Ready to serve
