Dice the chicken breast, add seasoning, and 1 tbs yoghurt.
Mix lemon juice,yoghurt, oil, garlic and ginger paste. - 2
Heat frying pan and add the marinated meat. cook the chicken on low heat.
Boil the tomatoes in 1 cup of water for 10 mins or until soft - 3
Sieve the tomatoe juice into the chicken, add more yoghurt and shan butter chicken spice.
