Coconut Caramel Sizzler Bun

Take sugar and dry active yeast add lukewarm water and mix

Cover to prove it.

Sieve all purpose flour in a deep bowl add coconut powder and salt.

Add shredded coconut and oil and mix.

Now add prove yeast mixture and knead a dough, cover dough to double in size for atleast 1 hour

When done transfer the dough in kitchen counter, again again knead with palm for 5 to 6 minutes continue and finally make log of this

And divide the dough in same smell size balls and arrange in a lined baking dish and again cover to prove it

Other side melt brown sugar with some water till caramelized.

Now add fresh cream and mix and prepare caramel souce and keep aside, now pour the some caramel sauce over the prooven balls.

Now bake it in preheated oven at 180* to 190* for 25 to 30 minutes, when done left out and rest slightly cool, and keep the sizzler tray over heat to too much hot.

Now separate the baked balls and keep on hot sizzler plate and pour the remain caramel sauce over the buns.

Now Coconut Caramel Sizzler Buns are ready to serve sprinkle grated coconut over the top at time to serve
