Steps

Wash and soaked the urad dal for 6 to 8 hours.

Then discard all it's water and grind it to fine paste without water.

Take grinded dal into a bowl add salt coriander leaves+ green chillies +curry leaves and mix it well.

Wet your palms take small portion of Dal and make hole in middle with your wet finger and drop in a hot oil and fry till golden and crispy.

Serve with coconut chutney or with sambar.
