Peel raw mango, wash and cut into small pieces.

Add cut raw mangoes in pressure cooker for 1 to 2 whistles.

Blend with blander and make a fine paste. Take a pan and add raw mango puree.Add sugar,mint puree, black salt and cook in simmer and stir continue for ten to 15 mint.Off the flame and roasted jeera powder.Aam panna is ready.Let it cool and keep in fridge.

When this puree is cool add water,puree,ice cubes and blend.Aam panna is ready to serve.
