In a small microwave bowl add jaggery and 1 teaspoon of butter and microwave 30 seconds. Add coriander seeds and with a small spoon, spoon it in the mould you are going to use.

In a microwave melt 1 teaspoon butter and chocolate for 20 seconds. You can also melt using the double boiler method. Mix the chocolate and butter properly and spoon the chocolate on top of the gur dhana.

Let it set in the fridge until set. De mould and place it in a small cup cake cases or you can just leave it as it is. You can also decorate with gold edible foil to make it extra special. Gold leaves are sold at most Sainsbury’s store.

Remove from mould. Gor dhana chocolate is ready.
