Healthy is boring?? Well the ans is NO.
All you need is a proper way to assemble your ingredients to uplift the flavour of your food.
So today I am here with my experiment recipe which turned out quite well. It has one of the vegetarian's favourite ingredients as dominating filling, can you guess?
Ofcourse you are right. It's cottage cheese (paneer) and I guess all of us are well aware about it's nutritional benefits. So I combined it with all the veggies and chutneys in my refrigerator to make a breakfast to satisfy my soul.
So it's a best way to incorporate healthy food into your diet without compromising your taste.

Steps

Cut off the bread sides with help of knife. Toast these bread slices and chop each slice into 4 equal parts.

Take a bowl, add paneer, carrot, beetroot, capsicum, tomato, coriander chutney, turmeric, salt & pepper. Mix it well with spoon.

Now take two chopped part of bread. Apply coconut-mint chutney on base of it. Make the second layer with paneer mixture.

Now take other part and again apply coconut-mint chutney on it and put it over bread part to make one popper.

Do this for the rest of bread pieces.Serve with ketchup and enjoy healthy meal.
