Measure all your ingredients accurately

Put all the dry ingredients together..,flour,sugar,yeast,salt,margarine and mix well

Add the warm water and knead thoroughly for 10-15min..until yeast dissappears,and the dough must not be sticky

Leave it for 15mins while covered in a clean kitchen towel to rise.

Apply some flour on a flat surface and roll in a doughnut shape.that's the cutter I use as well

Place the already rolled doughnuts on a tray and cover them for 1hr,they will look like this after an hr..increase in size

Deep fry them until golden brown...reduce the heat to a achieve the good brownness.
