Ingredients

  1. 2 packetsTea biscuits or lotus biscuits
  2. 2 cupscream cheese
  3. 6 cubeskerry chesse or any other preferred type
  4. 2 tbspbutter (room temperature)
  5. 2 canscream
  6. 2 cupsliquid cream
  7. 1 tbsgelatin powder
  8. 1 tspvanille
  9. 1 cancondensed milk
  10. PacketLotus for decoration
  11. Fruits for decoration

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl smash the lotus biscuits then add the melted butter

  2. 2

    Knead butter and biscuits together until they combine very well together

  3. 3

    Put the biscuits in a circular tray. Spread to cover all the tray. Press very well so it become whole

  4. 4

    Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours

  5. 5

    Pour cream cheese, kerry cheese, cream and condensed milk in a blender mix all together until they combine and thicker like whipped cream

  6. 6

    Add gelatin to hot water to melt then add vanille and stir

  7. 7

    Add cream cheese mix to gelatin blend all together and pour above the biscuits

  8. 8

    Place the cheesecake in the fridge for couple of hours

  9. 9

    You can decorate the cheesecake with fruits that u like and buscuits, chocolate, cheesecake sauce etc...
