Ingredients

  1. 1whole chicken
  2. 3 tbspnvegetable oil
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Onions
  5. Garlic
  6. Cumin powder
  7. Ginger
  8. Thyme
  9. cubeSeasoning
  10. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your chicken whole remove all the intestine.

    Mix all the marinade ingredients including oil

    Rub the ingredients all over the chicken generously including the breast region set aside allow to marinade for an hour or over night.

    Roast in an oven for about 45min to 1hr. Enjoy
