Qeema paratha

This delectable qeema paratha goes very well with tea or coffee
Steps

1. Mix flour, salt and oil. Knead medium soft dough with water and let it rest for 20 minutes.

2. Add 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Turn on the flame. Add minced meat and ginger garlic paste and cook for two minutes.

3. Add salt, red chilli, crushed chillies, turmeric, sliced onions, cumin seeds, green chilli paste and one cup water.

4. Cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes. In the end stir well so all the water dries up.

5. Mix kasoori maithi, small cut onion and coriander leaves in it and keep aside.

6. Again knead the dough for a minute. Take medium sized ball of dough and roll out 2 round rotis.

7. Spread s good ammount of cooked minced meat over the roti and cover it with another roti. Seal the edges very well. Heat a frying pan put some oil or ghee in it and fry the paratha from both sides till golden brown. Serve with raita and imli chutney.
