Rice kheer

Steps

First wash rice and soak for 2 hrs then drain the water and spread it on kitchen towel and let it dry for 4-5 hrs. Once it’s dry grind it to a coarse powder

In a vessel add milk and bring it to boil when it’s boiling put the rice powder and cook till the rice is done and soft.

Then add sugar almond powder and cardamom powder to the milk and cook till sugar dissolves

Serve them in clay pots (mitti ke Barton) garnish with dry fruits and Chandi ka warq (thin silver leaf)
