Ingredients

  • 250 gmarbi
  • 2 table spoonhung curd
  • 2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  • 2 tea spoondhaniya / coriander powder
  • 1.5 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tea spooncornflour
  • As requiredOil for frying
  • 1/2 tea spoonajwain
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • leavesGreen coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil arbi, peel it and cut vertically

  2. 2

    Add all spices mix well add curd and corn flour and mix well keep it for 10-15 minutes

    Fry it and squeeze lemon juice on it and garnish with coriander leaves
