Steps

  1. 1

Now put some salt, termeric powder, 1 tablespoon chopped onions, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, coriender powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, sugar, Ginger and garlic paste, garam masala powder and bay leafs into it.Mix them well by rubbing with hand. Put half cup water by washing your hand into it.

  4. 4

Now take a frypan and heat it on stove. Put the beaf mixchure into it and cook half an hour in a low medium flame by covering the frypan. When beaf is 80% cooked, put the boiled jackfruit with some water as you like into it and cook. When they are 100% cooked stop the flame immediately.

  5. 5

Now take another frypan on the stove and heat it.Put 2 tablespoon mustard oil, 2-3 dry red chilli, ginger and Chopped onions with one pinch salt. Fry them until onions become golden brown. Now put the prepared curry into it and stir fry for 6 minutes. Add any kind of pickles on the top and stir fry 1 minutes more.
