Steps

Take 5 tbsp rice and soak it for 1 and half hour.

Then wash the rice and add it in a blender, add half cup milk to make the paste.

Now add 1 litre of milk to sauce pan and bring it to boil then add the rice paste stir it until it become thick.

At this stage add suger and cardamom powder, cook it for 2-3 min then add 2-3 drops of kewra essence.

Close the flame, pour the custard in the beautifully decorated glass with green jelly.
