In a karahi,heat 2 tbsp of oil & add all the veggies,cook on high flame for 5 minute.Stir constantly.

Now add boiled noodles & mix bhi well.Add all the ingredients & again mix bhi well. cook till it becomes dry.Switch off the flame & let it cool down.

In a bowl,add all purpose flour & knead with the help of water. covered it with wet muslin cloth & keep it aside for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes make medium size balls out of it.

Put 1 ball on rolling board & with the help of rolling pin,make chapati out of it.

Put noodle stuffing in the center & flip the one side on it.With the help of brush,spread some water on it & then flip other side on it.

Seal the both ends with the help of water.Do same process with leftover balls.

Heat oil in a karahi & deep dry the rolls till they become golden brown from both side.Take them out on the tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

Cut them in to small pieces & serve hot with tomato ketchup.
