Take mutton mince, chana dal and all filling ingredients, add some water and left to cook

When it's cook, discard the whole masala and coarsely mashed it with masher and keep aside

Now heat some oil in a pan add cumin seeds and julien onion, when onion translucent add green chilli, cabbage and capsicum and stir

Now add mashed mutton masala and stir for 1 minute,

Now add garam masala and lemon juice and chopped coriander and mix well and keep aside

For roll, take curd, besan and corn flour in a bowl and mix well, no lumps remaining

Now add salt, baking soda, chilli flakes, turmeric powder, sugar and mix well and keep aside for 10 mins

After 10 mins, Now grease some oil on pan sprinkle some sesame and nigella seeds and pour the better and turn round and round to spread the better evenly, left it to cook one side only

When done flip it and cook other side, when done again flip carefully spread green chutney, mayonnaise and fill the mixture and roll it and left to crisp on pan, when done left out

Make other roll like this with remaining better and filled with mixture with green chutney and mayonnaise

Now Besan Rolls with Shami Kabab Stuffing is ready to serve, serve hot for more taste
