Boil eggs, and after that sauté little in oil. Not deep fry.

Add ghee in the pan and add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, star, green elaichi, bdi elaichi and sauté for a minute.

Then add garlic ginger paste, and onions. Sauté them till onions get brown. Then add tomato puree and mix them all very well.

Add haldi, jeera, dhaniya powder, degi mirch, and Little garam masala, and salt and sauté them very well.

When onion tomatoes paste starts leaving the oil then put one cup warm water and mix it well.

Finally add eggs and mix them well and let it be on flame for 5-10 minutes. After that garnish with dhaniya leaves and serve hot.
