Ingredients

  • 100 gmdrum stick leaves
  • 2medium size onion chopped finely
  • 2medium size potato boiled and mashed
  • 1 cupgram flour(besan)
  • 2 tbsrice flour
  • 1 tbscoriander powder
  • 1 tsproasted jeera powder
  • 1 tspred chillie powder
  • 3green chillies cut finely
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • As per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix gram flour and rice flour. Add all the above ingredients. Add little water and mix. Keep the batter thick.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok and put pakoda in it with the help of spoon. Fry till golden. Serve with ketchup.
