Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsvermicelli
  2. 3 Tbspnbutter/ghee
  3. 2Tspn of cardamom powder
  4. 2Tspn of dry raisins
  5. 1Tspn of saffron
  6. 200 gmssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Put 3 Tbspn of ghee in a saucepan,Melt it little.

  2. 2

    Add the vermicelli,to it.Roast till brown in colour,on a low flame.

    Once is already brown in colour,separates the ghee on the side.

    Add the sugar,raisins,saffron strands n cardamom powder.

    Mix again everything till the ghee separates in the saucepan.

    Finally garnish with sliced almonds n pistas.
