Take a pan,pour milk and add milk powder,breadcrumbs and ghee mix well and cook for 2 mins.

Now put all the pan mixture into plate add maida and baking powder to make dough and keep it aside for 10mins and start making balls from the dough.

Take another pan to make a sugar syrup, add sugar,water, cardamom powder and kashmiri kesar essence and boil till all the sugar gets dissolved.

Take a kadai pour ghee for frying gulab jamun balls and cook in a medium flame, as soon as it cooked properly start transferring directly to the sugar syrup, once sugar syrup properly absorbs syrup then transfer it to serving bowl and garnish it with pistachios and almonds.
