Wheat flour cheese burst pizza

Take all ingredients in a bowl and make very soft dough,grease with oil and cover it towel and plate and keep it for 30 minutes in warm place of your kitchen(inside microwave)

After 30 minutes it doubles in size,press slightly and divide in 2 parts(1:4),.now flatten with dry flour the small part and roast in pan half.

Now take a bigger one and flatten that in pizza pan,add cheese slices,mozzarella cheese,now put the roasted base over it and roll the edges nicely

Now add pizza sauce and other topping according to your taste,then add mixed herbs, chilli flakes and mozzarella cheese too.

Bake it for 25 minutes in pre -heated oven at 200°c.now cut the pizza and enjoy a healthy pizza,with your family.
