Boil the black chana (you can also use sprouted chana) or you can used soaked overnight chana.

Heat the oil.add cumin seeds.After roasting it add chopped onion,green chilli and ginger. Roast till onion. becomes light brown.Then add. asafoetida,and all spices. roast it. Then add tomato and salt and cook until tomato becomes soft. Now add chana.Mix it well.(If you are using unboiled chana than add water and close the lid And cook until it becomes soft.)

Roast it with crumbled paneer.Mix it well.

Serve with chopped onion green chilli, coriander leaves. lemon juice and crumbled paneer.
