  • 500 gmsRice flour
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredLukewarm water
  • For stuffing:-
  • 250 gmssoaked Chana dal
  • 2Finely chopped Onions
  • 2 tbspGinger, garlic, green chiili crushed
  • 1/4 Teaspoonred chiili flakes
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1/2 Teaspoonjeera
  • 1/4 Teaspoonajwain
  • 1/4 Teaspoonhaldi powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoonjeera powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoonchaat masala or amchor powder
  • 1/4 Cupfresh green chopped coriander
  • As per taste Salt

  1. 1

    Take bowl add rice flour, salt, lukewarm water. Make smooth dough. Keep it for 10 minutes.

    Soaked chana daal for 6 hours. Drain all water form chana daal. Crushed chana daal in grinder.

    In crushed chana daal mix all ingredients.

    Make small size poori of rice flour dough.

    Stuff chana daal mixture in this poori. Fold it half.

    Steam it for 10 mins.

    Serve it with chutney.
