Fara is a traditional snack of northern India. which is made from rice flour, by filling chana dal paste along with spices. It is easier to make and this dish can make without Oil.

Fara is a traditional snack of northern India. which is made from rice flour, by filling chana dal paste along with spices. It is easier to make and this dish can make without Oil.
Steps

Take bowl add rice flour, salt, lukewarm water. Make smooth dough. Keep it for 10 minutes.

Soaked chana daal for 6 hours. Drain all water form chana daal. Crushed chana daal in grinder.

In crushed chana daal mix all ingredients.

Make small size poori of rice flour dough.
- 5
Stuff chana daal mixture in this poori. Fold it half.

Steam it for 10 mins.
- 7
Serve it with chutney.
