Ingredients

30-35 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 cupKidney beans/ Rajma (soak overnight and boil)
  • 1/2 cupCurd
  • 1 tablespoonGinger (grated)
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonRajma masala
  • 2Dried red chilli
  • 2Bay leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 1 pinchAsafoetida
  • as neededOil

Steps

30-35 minutes
  1. 1

    Gather all ingredients.

    Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, dried red chilli and bay leaves in it and allow it to crackle.

    Now add curd and all spices in it, mix it and cook it well.

    Then add boiled rajma in it, cook it well and add water as per the requirement and cook it.
