Ingredients

  • 200 gmskakora
  • 3 tablespoonsrice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Besan
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoongarlic and ginger paste
  • 100 gramsoil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash kakora and make it half. Add add all masala ginger garlic paste and salt. Add half cup of water. Mix everything very well. Adjust the amount of water while mixing.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a kadhai add Pinch of Hing then add kakora pieces. Deep fry it.
