Take a large bowl,cut arbi leaves in to bowl,add onion, garlic paste, chilli paste, salt, turmeric Powder, rice flour, besan, jeera, coriander leaves.Mix it well with help of hand.

Now heat oil in deep pan and put the bhajiya in oil with hand one by one.Fry it until golden colour or crispy after that take out from oil and keep on tissue paper,to soak excess oil.Now serve with sauce or mint chutney.
