In a bowl add egg whisk it well, add oats, garlic paste, chilli paste, turmeric powder and salt. Again whisk it well.

Heat pan on medium flame add oil in it after oil gets warm add the mixture and vegetables on top. Sprinkle sambhar masala on top. Cook covered with lid on law flame for 1 minute and turn it for 10 to 15 seconds.

It's a very easy healthy dish with high protein and fiber.
