Steps

Soak the chopped dates in water for 10 mins. Drain off and grind to a paste.

Mix the chopped peanuts, almonds and cashews along with the dates paste.

Form medium sized balls and dip them in chocolate spread. (If your spread is too thick you can add some coconut oil to dilute it).

This step is optional. If desired you can roll the balls onto Desiccated coconutor leave it as such. I’ve done a few here with coconut.

Finally refrigerate the balls for 30 mins to 1 hour.

Enjoy an energy ball when you feel down or tired!
